Last time it was a Chinese graduate student watching/downloading child porn using University's computer. That guy was sentenced to jail for 8 months and deported afterwards. This time this student watched it using his own computer at his apartment.

Maybe I should say there are millions of victims of child molestation victims in China,who are largely neclected by the society and public, to be more realistic.
