1. Gu Kailai has admited guilty of murder already. Investigation has been concluded already. If she is merely a suspect, the XinHua wouldn't have made such report.

2. Gu Kailai will be further questioned for embuzzling and corruption, that involves her husband. After this is done, Gu will be put to death, probabley later this year.

3. No one can save her life these days, unless one can turn the time back.
