Goverment 在英文中没有指带有王权思想的‘统”和“治”, 是经授权实施管理的机构。
如果Goverment 的G字大写：在Webster's New World Dictionary 的英文解释是：the executive or administrative branch of government of a particular nation as constituted by the political party or coalition in power.
