想当初NBA Clipper 老板 Donald Sterling私下说了些政治不正确带有种族歧视的话，NBA 怎么就不想到是Mr. Sterling的free speech 呢？ 这不是宪法第一修正案赋予 Mr. Sterling 的权利吗？ 第一修正案可没说什么可说什么不可说，并且Mr. Sterling 还是私下说的。结果NBA 就禁止Sterling 终身涉足NBA赛场，强迫他把球队卖掉。

这不是双重标准又是什么？ 在我看来还是带有种族歧视的双重标准！
