一个值得讨论的问题：中国人讲英语有口音吗？

I guess we do not have 口音 becuase we do not speak
English, we speak Chinese and Cnglish. Do Inidians have
口音, yes, becuase they are able to speak a kind of
English.

I heard a lot of talks from mainland speakers. But I know
only one guy spoke English in his talk becuase he came to
us when he was 18.
