btw don't assume I don't know SH. What you quoted is very likely a small flat in a 80 year old house built in colonial time or something like a worker's village type of thing and who ever live their will have to share extrance/kitchen/washroom with others, never mind "gated community", private parking and 24-hr security etc taht are pretty much standard features of newly built apartment units.
