case. The best case is: rent goes up by 10-15% a year, market value goes up by 5-10% a year, interest rate stays relatively unchanged. Of course the worst case may be: rent goes down property value goes down and rate hikes etc.
btw in this case I assumed the value of the property does not increase over time AT ALL.
