I am trying to mount as non-root user on linux red hat 4.0, but get this "only root can do that" message.

The /bin/mouns has already been set to SUID.
-rwsr-xr-x 1 root root 80008 Dec 21 2004 mount

Does it mean there is no way to mount as non-root?
